What to expect
You may have been to therapy before, or perhaps you’ve never been – either way, this section is for you. No two therapists are alike, and if you’re new to EMDR therapy, then you will definitely find a uniqueness to my therapeutic approach.

The timeline is yours. I will encourage setting the right pace, letting go of pressure, and approaching our work thoughtfully and with clarity. And I balance this with ensuring we have a momentum that keeps us on track for accomplishing your goals.

Session Times
Each session may be 50 minutes, 80 minutes, or 110 minutes, depending on your identified needs and goals. EMDR therapy lends itself to a longer intensive format, which can allow a person to cover or ‘reprocess’ more per session.
As I mention in my About Me, the prime modality I use is EMDR, while also relying on several other adjunct approaches. These are all heavily grounded in mindfulness and self-compassion. I have a full bag of tricks for you, because I am invested in helping you find your internal light that illuminates the right perspective and the right path for you.
