Let’s uncover light and joy.

Sometimes life just doesn’t feel right, and it can be hard to pinpoint a reason for this anxiety and/or sadness.

My clients are seeking relief from the negative thought-spirals and overwhelm they feel powerless to control. They’ve been in this loop many times, and there just doesn’t seem to be a way out. When they look around, they see that others are doing great – happy in their lives, living carefree – and see themselves bogged down and bewildered as to how to get out of this mess. Often they recognize their own self-sabotaging ways—“why do I do this to myself?” they ask. Then, one day they take a risk – they reach out for help, to see if they can find a better way.

I may not have all of the answers, but I do know that two minds are better than one when dealing with a problem. Or many problems, as the case may be. Part of how I can help you is that I know a thing or two about  anxiety and depression and how to build mental health alongside them. I will share what I know with you and will help you learn to use these skills to better your life. I also know something that you may never have learned, or have forgotten: you already have everything you need to transform from being burdened by anxiety and depression to becoming the version of yourself you can be comfortable and confident with. I know it’s in there because I know it’s hard-wired into each of us.
